Default EMS 1052 Non-UEGO

They probably have a write-up on it somewhere, I couldn't find it. Sorry

Simple question:

Which pin on EMS D connector does the wideband (0-5V) output from Innovate wideband controller goes to?

Or on the stock harness? Connector A, B, or C?

I have a simulated narrowband 0-1V going to pin C16, primary O2 sensor pin.

And which settings I turn on in AEMPro software?

Thank you.

Not sure which pin to connect it to on the 1052. I suspect it C16 instead of the 1V O2 sensor.

As for calibration, just run the O2 Sensor Wizard. I'm assuming the Innovate will be there.

I used a WB02 techtedge unit which has a differential output.

Connect C18 to the sig gnd, and C16 to the sensor output on your wideband.

Set your units first using ( for some reason you have to do this, even if they are already appear correct).

Configure > units > and select AFR fuel or Lambda

I then went to

setup> sensor > oxygen sensor >o2 #1 > O2 cal table

and input your values for ARF vs voltage. It its linear just change the top/bottom value, highlight the lot then select calculate.

If you select Lambda units you will need to change your automap settings to reflect the approx 1/14 change in the numerical values of the units.

Chris, the C16 (primary O2 input) will need the wideband output from innovate? I have that being used by the gauge. I wonder if I can T off of it...

Yes, should be OK, especially if its a differential output ( a push/pull affair with a floating ground).

just make sure you also put a T in the signal ground from the innovate as well and connect to C18.

BTW, I fired up the software and there is already a wizard for the innovate.
