Engine Advice
What advice do u want? Easiest way would be to just buy a stock low millage f22c for 3 grand and off you go. Or you can rebuild you current blow engine with a k24 crank, inline pro f24 rods and some low compression forged pistons and make some real power but it looks like the block might be damage where the thrust washer failed.
I noticed online you can buy a new short block for 2800 and it will be new compared to buying a unknown motor for 3K.
Also no point in the low compression as I'm already maxing out the N1200 @ 530whp.
Take the block to a good machine shop and they should be able to tell you if the block is salvageable. If it is just get a $200 k24 crank some Mahle frm 87.25 frm pistons with the compression of your choice and inline pro f24 rods. Everything should cost you 3-4 grand.
If the block is bad just go buy this

I just bought a f22c from them last month to replace my brothers 200,000 mile old f20c. I finish the swap a few weeks and and it run great.
Did you find out why the thrust washer failed? This is the first I have ever seen of this type of engine failure for our cars.

Would be cool if there´s thicker bearing from some other car model out there, if yes you can have a shop machine a new "seat" for the bearing.
I had a evil thought to machine space for bearings in the girdle and make a 360 degr thrust bearing, should accept more abuse.Might do that on the new build, just need to figure out how to lock the bearing, sucks if i start to spin...
