Default Engine management for 06-08 DBW

I see that Kraftwerks has a deal with Hondata on a flash for thier supercharger. I poked around on Hondata's website, but didn't see anything for the DBW S2000.

So, those of you with DBW AP2's... what are you using for management?

(Mods, please move if in the wrong section)

hondata makes 2 reflashes for the 06+ s2000. 1 for s2ks with a toda header and 1 without. You can run AEM EMS with a hacked harness, I don't remember the shop that was doing that. You can run Greddy emanage ultimate with a boomslang harness. I believe you can also run vafc or vafc2 but I remember reading something about the stock ecu re-learning stock maps. Search around. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

AEM FIC and the various Emanage systems are the piggybacks available for the DBW cars. Autowave (the shop you referred to previously) has a harness that allows an AEM EMS to be used, but you lose VSA and cruise control and the check engine light stays on always. Hondata has already developed a K-Pro for the DBW cars, but have yet to release to the public, unfortunately for the time being the only one in the world now belongs to me...

Those who said "go search"... I'm not some 16 year old noob. Please dont treat me as one. I searched for 2 hours and found nothing but conjecture and the Kraftwerks info.

I mentioned that I wanted it for forced induction so the 2 flashes from Hondata are out. I wont even consider some hack job that leaves me without VSA and cruise with a check engine light.

I guess I'll wait for the K-pro.

you'll prob. be waiting for a while. Depending on the setup emanage ultimate might be ok to run with until something better comes along

Yeah, that was me. I talked with a few people about it before I picked up the K-Pro and the consensus was that for a piggyback, the AEM FIC was a good option. Talk to Chris @ inline pro to get the lowdown...
