I figured as much.

But i guess the question is, can you control UP to 250cc per nozzle. In other words can you minimize it to shoot out less or will it shoot out a full 250cc squirt everytime. like fuel...
On my aem controller, it's progressive. 0% - 100%

1000cc of water/meth for ~600whp?

Little overkill I think? Whats your thought process on that?

I "rounded" up from 550cc to 600whp for an even number, and then divided that by 4 and reached 150 for each cylinder.
Yes its 250cc each..... I can control the pump so it flows less. I was going to set the controller to flow the injectors at 200cc each. But then I worry how that would effect the atomization.

BUT after speaking with Toan I've decided to get 104cc injectors (416cc total, I can up the pump to 250psi for 480cc of flow too).

BTW we finished the main things to get the car running.
I drove it back to my place from Minitoyota.... this thing really spools on any amount of throttle! However since I am still running my supercharger tune I back off just before I hit 2psi.

Here are some pics of the kit before we finished the install.

Here your looking at the PTuning Oil cooler kit. Silver thing in the middle is the oil thermostat thats set to open at 204F.

Oil pump and all the wiring is PnP!! plus when the engine is off the pump doesnt run unlike the water pumps on comptech/vortech kits.

Exhaust mounting bracket on the tranny mounts.

PWR radiator with Spal Fan(provided with kit). My oil relocation kit on the crossmember running into the PWR radiator oil cooler. (YES, I have 2 oil cooling items, Ptuning (air to oil), PWR (water to oil)

Filter tubing is something Jeff mocked up so I can drive home safely.
The actually kit tubing is not done yet, should be soon tho.

Excuse the blurry pic.. not enough light and I didnt want to get the tripod

God its late... time to sleep

Looks like it's coming together nicely. Interested to see how the tx compares to the regular 30r.

What do you do to "up" the pump pressure?

What did Toan say that made you change your mind and go w/smaller nozzles?

David,

You did an excellent job installing the kit so far without instructions--I wish all of our customers were this technically savvy. We're finishing up the installation manual this week (lots of pages with lots of pictures). We'll get you a copy so you can re-verify your installation.

Thanks again for choosing our turbo system for your s2k.

David,

Your SPAL fan does not appear to be installed correctly. The fan needs to be mounted flush against the radiator (for the stock and Koyo radiator, we're not familiar with the PWR setup you have so you may or may not be able to mount is as shown below). The nylon fan mounting feet needs to be installed with flat surface facing up and bolted over the mounting bracket. The two flat edge on the SPAL fan should be at 12 and 6 0'clock position on the radiator. See pictures below:

I believe the Metro FI master, minitoyota (Jeff), played a large role in the installation of this kit

This kit is sick, I must resist the urge to spend my bonus money on this thing for now
