I believe the Metro FI master, minitoyota (Jeff), played a large role in the installation of this kit

This kit is sick, I must resist the urge to spend my bonus money on this thing for now
It's the mounting holes that are the opposite of the oem and the Koyo that's all. It's bolted up correctly, just upside down due to that specific radiator.

In that case, Jeff did a fantastic job on the installation of the turbo kit.

Siphoning solution looks like it may be one of these solenoids. A check valve isn't going to fix the problem since it still allows flow in one direction and will continue to allow siphoning. Unless of course you install it backwards and then you won't have any any meth entering either.

Check valves aren't your siphoning solution guys, only thing a check valve will prevent is boost pressurizing your meth lines and forcing meth back into the tank...

The dual oil cooling set up will be overkill IMHO. I can't forsee anyone pushing the car enough with the PTuning oil cooler to overheat the oil. While running 25 minute sessions on track I hit 230* peak oil temperature.

The oil cooler does an extremely good job. While I was on the straights WOT the temperature would stay steady or went down. Only when I was in slower sections did it increase at all.

Looking forward to seeing some water/meth injection numbers. Looks like a clean install so far.

What do you do to "up" the pump pressure?

What did Toan say that made you change your mind and go w/smaller nozzles?
You might have the older 150psi pump but the new ones are adjustable from 150-250psi.

He mentioned that too much meth wouldnt make power and chance of washing the cylinder walls and some other things I cant remember right now

David,

You did an excellent job installing the kit so far without instructions--I wish all of our customers were this technically savvy. We're finishing up the installation manual this week (lots of pages with lots of pictures). We'll get you a copy so you can re-verify your installation.

Thanks again for choosing our turbo system for your s2k.

MrC
As Mr.Z said it was largely Jeff's knowledge and experience that got this thing together. However when we were stuck we looked at the pictures of the Turbo Kit /Engine that you guys made on a rig to guide us

Also thanks for the heads up on the Fan... we were wondering why the piping touches the fan slightly. I will reverse the fan mounts asap.

I will leave my tune date as is (Feb. 2) so I have time to look over the manual you guys are making to double check all the work Jeff and I did.

A Solenoid right before my distribution block has been recommended to me however after some research while it will stop siphoning the engine will still pull all the meth thats in the 4-port black and the lines coming off it to the injectors. And that block holds a good amount of fluid.

Asking the guys at Devils Own they said a check valve rated with a "10psi cracking pressure" cant be open by 30inches of vacuum.. Now our engines make 20 at most?

So I decided to test 4 aquamist check valves (15psi cracking pressure) mounted less than .5 inches away from each injector first. I havent receive the valves yet but testing will begin when they come in. If it doesnt work i'll try the solenoid.

I also plan to track my car so lets talk when its 90 degrees out

To the guys above and everyone else, thank you and I cant wait too
