Default Exhaust manifold leak?

Hey guys. Early last week I hit a nasty bump and felt my exhaust take a hit. Later I realize as I'm driving I'm not boosting! At all. So I go under the hood and to my suprise there's a half inch gap and offset to the left of the exhaust manifold being connected to the turbo. The bolts must have come loose and the last it took to take them all the way out is the bump. Is that what is causing me to not get any boost? I'm like 99% sure that's the reason but just asking all of you.

Have to fix it regardless. You will find out one way or another.

1/2" exhaust gap? Definitely going to cause some issues. A picture would help.
