Default Exhaust Valves

So, I was getting ready to put my intake manifold back on today, but before I did I wanted to check my Exhaust Valves to see if they were Burnt. This is what I found:

Do these Look Burnt to Y'all??

Any help will be appreciated!!

I didn't want to put the intake back on because I didn't want to have to remove it again in case the valves were burnt and I had to pull the head....Smart ass.

looks like a lot of carbon build up. It wouldn't hurt to get it cleaned up and a fresh valve job. However, I've seen motors run like that for a awhile without any issues.

Would it be better to go ahead and replace them? Are they going to warp or cause problems in the future? If so I would rather replace them now while the car is down and engine is torn apart. Looking to make 500+ on E-85....

Having aftermarket valves is always a plus. I've ran the stockers on high powered cars but I've never felt comfortable with it. I would spend the money on a good exhaust valve. If you plan on using the 2-step to launch the car, its a must that you get either an inconel exhaust valve or something similar. I would stay away from regular or black nitrated ones.

Would y'all recommend doing .5-1.0mm larger valves? I'm guessing the valves aren't too bad considering I did a leakdown and results came back around 10-15%. Also does porting help a lot with our cars?

Stay stock size. The positives don't outweigh the negatives in oversized valves, this is if this is a turbo'd motor.

And BTW, those valve look frozen, not burnt....lol.

It is Turbo. What are the down sides to oversized valves? What about porting? What do you mean by frozen?
