Well I was able to upload some photos taken along the way and here they are. Sorry these were taken with my S3. Let me know what you think

Hotside removed to be ceramic coated along with the manifold.

That's where I am at right now. I should have the parts back from coating. I went with black did not want to rock polish.
I am hoping that someone can chime in and help me with the fuel pump install with maybe pictures. I hear its a PITA.

I got my Jet hot parts back last week. Looks fab, really cant wait to see how they perform. I ordered Innovate wideband, boost/shift light, oil pressure/temp and custom bezel with 4 gauge pods on them. Gauges will be in this week and the custom bezel will be here next week. I will be installing the K-Pro along with all the conversion parts Thursday. If that goes well Ill install the turbo kit next week and have a downpipe made the following day. Hopefully all goes well and dyno tune will be here!

Nice manifold! Cool set up you should have no problem making your 400 goal I made that on 10psi completely stock AP1, also for the Kpro install have you removed the Crank pulley yet? That is probably the hardest part about the whole process! If you are not welding a oil return bung on the timing chain cover should only take about 3-4 hours if you have a friend to help.

If you need a welded timing cover, I have 1 with a 10AN fitting already on it. LMK

Thanks. I was able to get it all done. took me an entire day only because I had to run around and get some fittings and lines. Also had a shop tap my timing cover and currently have it plugged as I am driving it with out the turbo right now. With the Kpro installed its amazing to know that it doesn't change the driving experience except noticing the vtec engages at 4500rpm. I actually noticed a loud humming coming from my CT intake for some reason. Don't know why that is. Its always there even at idle.
Next week I am looking into getting the sport clutch from SOS as they will get more on Monday. Aiming to get that installed wed so I can move forward with the build. Once that is taken care of, I will install the rest of the kit (turbo, IC, manifold, gauges, etc) I am going to have a shop weld me a downpipe. Gauges came in Thursday, just waiting on my bezel to follow sometime next week.
I have tons of pictures but camera is not with me at the moment

I am in the process of picking out a clutch and what I am seeing currently within budget is the SOS sport clutch. I hate how I need to purchase the bearings separately. Other than that, is there any other clutches you guys think will work and drive close to stock? I was able to feel the pedal on SOS sport clutch and man it was just like stock. One of their cars is using this clutch and is holding up to 500+whp.

Picked up the SOS sport clutch this morning and it will be going in today. Along with that picked up new bearings. Will have the flywheel resurfaced but forgot about the rear main seals since I would be right there, dam.
That stupid humming noise is still there from the intake and hope it goes away after the tune.

WOW, that sport clutch is going to take some getting used to. I was able to shift into first like butter, now not only can you hear it but I have yet to master the smoothness. In reverse, its a bitch right now. I guess that will take me some time.
The turbo install was delayed to this Wednesday and next day downpipe. Following that will be the dyno tune- hopefully
