Default Few misc questions.

I had a few problems with bolts backing out of the turbo and manifold. Is there a certain bolt everyone is using that they are having better luck with? Also, full-race owners, do you know what corse thread bolt we need?

Fuel Question: Does anyone have any pictures of running a aftermarket fuel rail to a FPR and the back to the tank? I'm adding in a Bosch 044 Fuel Pump with my walbro and was just wondering if anyone had any pictures of there setup, I know Pat has his pictures with wedon pump but if anyone has any other's.

Thanks

You can use the ARP bolts from a neon SRT-4 I blieve to hold the turbo manifold down (thats what a couple of us are using with 0 problems). You can order the proper bolts from inlinepro.

get stage 8 bolts I believe they are called. Guaranteed never to back out as their design simply doesn't allow them to.

you can always put a small tack weld on the bolts, this would prevent them from falling out, I have done both tach and use the stage 8 bolts, i alos have used grade 8 bolts and high temp thread lock.

yeah, you can find them online. I'll look up my history and see where i found the best price. I unfortunatly still had some issues with bolts coming out, and in the end just tack welded the bolts to the manifold! I haven't had issues since then, and i've put about 4k miles on them!

its just a small tack, either grind it off or you shoud be able to break the tack with little effort.
