anyone using an aggressive final drive with a comptech blower?
does the final drive have as much benefits as it would on an NA car?
would it wind thru the power band too quick and not use the boost to its potential?
better to stay in boost longer instead of rev up quick?

I think it is a great setup, Comptech w/ gears - I am running 4.57's with a blower and I primarily run at Sebring and the gearing seems right! It also depends on the track you are running - for the street you will love the combo!

ive only heard not to add em together because its going to zip thru too quick...now only problem is you got an AP1 LOL

I have been wondering if gears would be too agressive for an AP2 with a S/C.
I ran an NA AP1 and after the run he told me i was shifting too soon but i was shifting at 8k. With a S/C and gears it is going to zip through the gears but i'm not sure if this is a good or a bad thing.

 

I have a Vortech and 4.77s. Zips through quick, but wouldnt that mean that it is accelerating quickly?!
