Final Tune - 670whp / 500ftlbs

This was the 2nd to last pull of the night. The last pull to eek out that mystical "pump gas" number, the 1 piston left the party early, aka toasted. We viewd it with a diagnostic cam we were able to put down the hole, and the valve reliefs were destroyed. The rest of the pistons looked ok. Won't know more until it's taken apart.
2 motors destroyed due to methanol, I think I am done with it. Cars aren't a hobby to me, it's a lifestyle, it's who I am and what I do, it's become a part of my identity. I/m not the type to give up, but @ this point, I am rather unsure of the next step. Have to see what damage I have, and go from there. I didn't have the car out but once last year due to the stock motor being hurt, this time around I don't think I can stomach another season w/o her.
Quick recap
Last year I had my stock ap2 motor, I made 650whp on a 550cc AEM single nozzle.
This time I had a built ap2 motor, made 670whp on my direct port 720cc nozzles, and 9.1 compression motor. We had to scale the methanol back on the pump, duty cycle was cut in 1/2, to 50% I believe. So it wasn't using near the amount as last time.
As stated, built block, CP pistons, Carillo rods, AEBS sleeves, it was legit.
I'm 0-2 w/methanol. I guess the firm belief I had of it making 700whp+ on pump gas isn't founded. For anyone else listening, I'd suggest you scale it back to save yourself the emotional and financial heartache and limiting yourself to 600whp or below.

Damn I didnt know you were going for those kinda numbers again even with direct port
Did you scale back the duty cycle cause you couldnt ignite the mixture also?
BTW whats the outcome of the single CM check valve?

Scaled back b/c it was dumping waaay to much, initially.
The CM checkvalve does it's job which is prevent boost from pressurizing the lines, but doesn't prevent the stutter after the pull is ended due to the methanol being siphoned out, it's a one way valve.
