Default FINALLY got my car finished!

So I finally completed my toy after blowing up the ap1 motor due to a melted wastegate vacuum line and stupid greddy emanage.

Mods are as follows:
Ultimate racing turbo kit
AEM EMS 1052
AEM Boost control solenoid
AEM UEGO Widband
AEM DATA stream gauge
8.5lbs Fidanza aluminum flywheel
ACT 6 puck clutch disc
ACT 490 ft lb pressure plate
Invidia 70mm test pipe
Stock AP2 engine with stock exhaust
running 9psi

Planning on doing headgasket and head studs next year

Video kinda sucks but here it is.

Max was 370whp and 244ft tq

What turbo are you using? Looks like good results.

yea im on stock map sensor too. i don't plan on running the headgasket tho, i believe its all in the tune. there are alot of guys making 400hp+ on a stock headgasket. i plan on doing map sensor, clutch, bigger injectors and the aem water/meth kit.

nice man! I had/have a ultimate racing kit! I made 384whp 290ft/lbs of torque with a stock exhaust and 2.5 downpipe. Then with 3inch exhaust and DP i made 420whp and 300ft/lbs of torque! This was all with a 3mm headgasket! When do you hit boost and have you had any issues with the manifold?

full boost is around 5k. No issues so far with the kit. Are you using a different kit now? Thicker headgasket is definately the way to go for higher hp without race gas or blowing up

yeah, i am running a full-race manifold, with the same turbo from the ultimate racing kit.

I had a few issues with bolts coming off on the turbo to manifold part, as well as the 38mm flange going out of round and leaking, as well as the flange that bolts to head warping and causing bad leaks.
