Nice numbers on 9 psi and stock catback. I am running the same kit since May. 0 problems so far with the components flanges leaking/warping or otherwise.
Soul Coughing did you contact UR regarding your issues?

How much boost can you run on the Ultimate Racing Turbo(T3/T4 .82 AR)? Is there any advantage over a T3 60-1?

i sent them an email about it but never recieved a response. I just had a friend weld on a new flange onto the wastegate. At that point, it had been modified so there wasnt much chance of them doing anything about the warped head flange.

i ran 18 pounds of boost with the manifold and the IAT's were creepin a bit. With the Full-Race manifold i ran 18 pounds and the IAT's went through the roof and it couldn't keep pressure at redline (went from 18 to 16 at redline). I made 475whp 365ft/lbs with the FR manifold and 415-420whp and 300ft/lbs on the ultimate racing manifold, with everything else the same.

So based on your feedback, the turbo (T3/T4 .82) runs out of steam at about 18 PSI. Your running lower compression I would have to assume. 300 ft lbs is no joke either. Do you have a dyno plot with the ultimate setup?
