I just engaged vtec manually to see if plunger works and it does, and engine is making a loud ass metallic tap, like a hammer hitting the inside of the valve cover when I engage vtec at 2500 rpm...... soemthing ain’t right in the rocker area.

I’ll see if I can remove the vtec pressure sensor and replace with a sensor.

Holly hell like 4-5 of the exhaust valves are tight...... I think that may be my issues????

Good luck on the move. I'm from WA. Maybe I'll move back and we can be neighbors, maybe not haha. At least you found the problem, hopefully its not too much carnage and easily repairable
