i'm seriously considering the vortec kit right now. One of my fav. things about going FI is how badass the car looks with an fmic behind the bumper. so is it ok to get rid of the aftercooler that comes with the vortech kit and get an intercooler instead?

 

Bad idea! Keep the aftercooler and if you want "the look" of an intercooler than you can get a larger front mount radiator. Do a search for tech2motorsports front mount radiator/aftercooler.
