if you were to do the fmic, how would you fit it? because if you look at the picture of the vortech kid above, the part that would go to the intake mani is pointed to the drivers side, but with a fmic you would want it pointed to the passenger side.... worded it so wrong but bare with me

 

The supercharger can be "clocked" to change the outlet direction.

yeh i was thinking just try to avoid that big elbow right from the sc...... im sure either way will work out and thanks for the info

 

if anyone gets the ultimate racing fmic to work with the vortech sc, please post back in this thread.

 

i dotn see any reason why it would they basically have the same setup

 

yes it looks like it should work with the vortech, but i contacted ultimate racing about it and even they couldn't confirm this since they haven't had the opportunity to test fit it on a vortech equipped car.

 

It shouldn't be hard at all to retrofit the UR kit to a Vortech.

 

and I'm go to order a kit from them to fit on my Vortech as soon as funds are available
