I got my kit put on and tuned mid July. I have put about 2000 miles on the kit so far. No heat issues as of yet, I do have it ceramic coated and heat wrapped which is not included in the price of the kit it is just an extra thing to keep the heat down.

I didn't relocate anything. The only thing you would need it seems like is just a fuel pump.

I didn't install the kit I had Forged do the install and tune so I can't really say how easy it would be for you to install it.

As far as the tranny and diff, everything is holding up fine. I have done about 25 ish launches since I have been turbo and probably a total of around 100 launches including NA. That being said I am going to put in a new final drive and a upgraded LSD so I can be in gear longer during the 1/4. Haven't had any tranny issues at all yet, but only time will tell.

I daily drive my car currently so I mean really only time will tell. The kit itself is holding up just fine.

 

In this case, go by the latest info. Couple of your links was to the original prototype build on my car. Since then Forged has updated the turbo and the intercooler to allow the customer to reacher even higher numbers if they choose to. Saying it's only a step up from greedy is unfounded. This kit can reach similar power as most of your ELT kits out there.

I've had my car turbo'd for over a year now, even though it's not my DD, I still almost put 10k on the car with majority being with group drives and a few trips to the drags. The kit is still running great, and eventually I might upgrade my IC to their current version and switch to a GTX down the road.

 

hm, that's good to hear, i know i thought about picking it up until i started reading into it heavily and couldnt find half the info i wanted, and the inconsistencies, i bet if i call em ill get some better info. If you get it i want to see an install DIY and dyno numbers!

There work is above and beyound anything Iv seen in a long long time I made 455 hp and 553 ft at 20psi on my kat24det i had them build ! Has been runing for 3 years not one problem to this day I am going to buy there kit for mine this winter ..
