fuel pump problem

Default fuel pump problem

i got on the car hard the other day after an oil change inline pro gt35r 750 injectors. after i got off the highway the car started to bog hard. pulled over unplugged the map fine for another 10 minutes did it again. drove home in a 3 mile span the car died 7 times but always started back up. went and got fresh gas in a can today drove for a good mile and the car died no bogging though. went to start it back up and nothing the fuel pump wasnt turning on unplugged fuel pump and map nothing. tapped my ems and it primed got to a friends house and it was turning on fine. whats up? could i have blown the pump up?

Try filling the entire tank. If you use the Walbro fuel sock, it may interfere with the stock fuel level float. The gauge will show 1/4 tank or more when the tank is completely dry. The solution is to reuse the stock fuel sock with the Walbro pump.

cant be that used the stock sock think its a loose wire cheaking in the morning. thanks.

maybe you can run with a dial gage fuel pump for a good indice pressure in fuel rail. if the pressure was not enought, engine can stall and no start engine when pump was too hot . check fuel pressure maybe the first test !

ok new problem. i played with the ems all wires were tight went drove the car in boost and vtec for a good 20 minutes everything good. pull in the driveway and it dies. try to tunr the car back and and it wont prime. it sounded like the fuel pump was studdering. let it sit for 5 minutes and it primed fine. ???? help
