I ran both a bosch 044 with a custom intank hanger, and twin walbros. Both were plenty of fuel.

Here are some pics compared to the stock hanger and single walbro
How did you seal the cables through the hanger top?

Looks like a grommet, electrical tape, and black silicone?

Remember, O2 feedback only works to a certain percentage, then it cannot compensate anymore (for the record, I have it enabled for partial throttle and my car will go lean after a 5+ hour drive)

I'm really considering the supra fuel pump. OEM pump means quiet (not that I care, I kinda like the noise), durable, doesn't go to crap when you're past 1/2 tank, can be driven on long drives without worry.

No idea how to mount it though...maybe just hack the shit outta the stock fuel pump holder thing?
You can adjust the O2 correction factors. The default setting is a correction of +/- 5%, but you can increase that amount.

What percentage is your set to correct? Mine is set for +\- 10%..
I just recently changed my map from only vacuum auto adjust to the entire map (vacuum and boost) also..

I would have to double check, my point is that it's still a bandaid fix...the underlying problem is still there for whatever reason.

I just don't want to waste money on another (3rd) walbro pump just to do the same thing after an hour or so of driving.

Your a trooper for driving more than an hour and a half in an S2000. I think I have only done that two times in the six years I have owned my car. All of my drives are an hour of less.

Oh agreed. Our fuel pumps shouldn't be losing pressure. I am just clarifying what is a common misconception about O2 feedback.

I agree, the solution is a more consistent fuel pump.

Well I'll be the first to say I rarely drive more then an hour or so, but just for the peice of mind I want to solve this issue with either getting a new fuel setup or figuring out why my walbro sucks (could be my stock fpr crapping out on me? No idea...)

Also http://www.mkiv.com/techarticles/fuel_pump...st_2/index.html alot of info on supra fuel pump as far as part numbers blah blah flow rate. Just a heads up tho my brother droped around 750 into his fuel setup. he didnt make it thats part of the reason, he had a garage make it. Runs great never had a prob he had it on his boost'd s2000 for about a year now.
