Not sure on the spline count of the r200, it really doesnt matter because you can have a 31 spline count on a small shaft and a 29 spline count on a bigger shaft. The axles that are used in our 5.9 kit has no bottle neck from end to end. If you see these in person, you will be confident they will hold.

Another reason for the 8.8 as a choice is that you can get almost any gear ratio that you can dream of getting and many different types of aftermarket LSDs.

How much lower is the pumpkin compared to stock?
Any other mods to chassis/sub-frame?
Does it clear a standard dual exit exhaust?

The pumpkin is not that much lower then stock. We tucked it as high as possible. This is absolutely a bolt on kit, no cutting or modding of the sub-frame. Clearing the stock exhaust shouldn't be an issue, but we haven't tested it so I cant say for sure it will clear.
