I'm using 93 octane, and the hot side A/R is .82 with a T4 flange. I'm not sure of the timing but will check the map later on.

Default Turbo setup

hey, so I'm actually getting the fbm stage 2 kit also. Could you send me some info on some issue I will see while installing this kit? Also not sure how the vacuum lines are hook up. I should be getting my kit sometime this week or so.

Yeah pretty much all the issues you're going to run into I outlined in my review.

For the vacuum lines I put a T on a hose coming off of the intake manifold and ran that to my boost control solenoid. From there I had 2 lines going into the wastegate, one for top and one for bottom. I also ran another T off the same main line with lines going into the bov and into the boost gauge. If you've got an 06+ that's all you'll have to do; if not then you'll have the air pump to deal with as well.

the radiator is a Koyo dual core, and the fan shroud is a Mishimoto. Working great for my setup.

Whats your intake temps during driving? am curious if that shroud/cover helps by directing colder air to the compressor

I’m sorry; I misread your original question. That carbon cooling plate is from AutoTecknic. It does direct air directly to where the turbo and air filter sit in the engine bay, so it should definitely help with keeping air temps in line. I don’t have the numbers to give off of the top of my head, but I do remember that all temps were within normal specs, even in the Houston summer heat.
