Hello everybody and greetings from mother Russia, currently running SOS kit with Paxton1200 with built motor and everything else pushing around 400whp on ~14psi, one local owner of wrecked s2000 is offering me Full Race Turbo manifold and I'm wondering what you guys think, should I pull the trigger and switch to turbo? Guy was running it on AP1 with some small turbo like 2876, is that manifold good for something really serious like GTX3876, are Full Race manifolds reliable and does it matter if it was for AP1? I've attached couple of pictures, please let me know if I should buy it or not) I never liked log manifolds and this one should be quite good in terms of spool up time/turbo lag?
Full-Race manifolds are the most reliable you will find in the aftermarket. They are made from thick-wall piping. If you like your current power level, you can stay with a GTX3071. If you want bigger power, you can go up to a GTX3576 or GTX3582.
Thanks for the response guys, main question is there any difference between ap1 and ap2 manifolds cause on full race website you must choose ap1 or ap2 version, is ap1 manifold will work on my '06 ap2...also wondering if Full Race is present over here, sent email to their tech department but haven't got any response yet...
there should be no difference between manifold for any year s2000. Also in terms of quality there is nothing better than full race. They produce the highest quality and the strongest turbo manifolds on the market.
