I had issues with the tabs on the passenger side fan. They sat to high causing the fan shroud to crimp against the OEM intake snorkel.

No issues with cap and undertray.

Temp sensor did require an adapter (I have a MY06).

Which J's racing cap does the full blown radiator use? I haven't received mine yet but I want to order a new cap to match my oil cap

I had to bend my lower tabs for my fans also.. And my cap needed pliars to be removed the first couple times.. Now that the aluminum has gotten worn down I can remove it by hand. I never tried to put the lower plastics on so I can't help there. All in all for the price ($20ish more than oem) I'm happy

Not sure why you bothered to remove the under tray? It can all be done from above.
This.

For those of you with issues.....contact LJ. He's an awesome guy to deal with, I'm lucky enough to be ~40min away from Full Blown and have dealt with them a fair amount. Awesome customer service.

You were dealing with one of our dealers that you purchased it from. I have replied a couple times to help with the situation but never heard back about what caused the damage. Please email me with any other concerns

It's too late to worry about the concerns,I've had it powder coated to cover the awfull finish that it came out of the box with. The dealer in question cannot be held responsible for the condition that it came out of a sealed box in.I was passed onto to you with my concerns and when I didn't receive a reply I took necessary action in order to make the best of a bad part and did as I said above. If I have any other issues with it I will just throw it away and replace it with something else.

This is the second Rad with the same damage,I thought I had dented the top tank on my first rad so didn't think anymore about it,then I let a friend have it because he needed one quick. When the second one arrived with the same damage in the same area I emailed you and as said above I got no reply. It came out of the box damaged with all the packing intact,so forgive me second guessing but I would say it was damaged at source.
