Default Fullblown Radiator Questions

I have a few questions for those who have installed a Fullblown radiator. I like the radiator, it came in with no issues but there are a few things that some small mods may make it easier for everyone to install.

1.) Were you able to reinstall the rear under tray?
----On my 2001 the lower tank was too low thus I was unable to push the clips back in.

2.) Were any modifications required the OEM fans?
----Both my 01 and an 06 I was involved with the lower tabs were about a 1/2" too close to the upper and had to be bent.

3.) Any issues with the temperature sensor?
----The late model sensor was much smaller diameter and a fitting had to be made to work with the supplied threads.

4.) Did you put a seal between the upper tank and steel support like the OEM had?

5.) Anyone get an aftermarket cap, mine was vary tight.

I was going to get an aftermarket cap but I never did. The cap they sent worked fine for the few months that its been in the car.

The only thing I had to do was play with the fan shroud spacing a little bit and cut a notch out for my after cooler to fit for my Comptech kit because everything sticks out further. Everything else was plug and play. I was impressed how easy it all went together.

Not sure why you bothered to remove the under tray? It can all be done from above.

If it isnt covered in dents, badly scratched with a crap filler cap then its not a real Fullblow radiator. Also if you email them and tell them then that proves its not a real fullblown radiator because I never got a reply.
