Anyone ever get a good tune with a stock or 2.25" diameter exhaust, then swtich out for a 3" and get a re-tune? Net gains from change to 3"?

From swapping out my 2.5" HKS to my 3" LoveFab single I made around 12whp, but I had originally dyno'd in much colder temps with the HKS then I did in the middle of the summer with the 3" single. It also seems like the car spools up faster with the single though.

 

Has anyone gone from a 2.75"(70mm) to a 3"? If so, was there any difference in power? I'm curious if theres really any significant gains.
