I had to do this awhile back. Off the top of my head, here is what you need to do:

In AEMPro:
  • Go to view telemetry setup.
  • Click on the show info button.
  • Find the min and max values for engine load.

In Pro Gauge:
  • Open the lookup table for boost.
  • Click on the auto fill button.
  • Next you will need to enter the start cell (Item number), stop cell (item number), and the start and end values.
  • The start cell should be 0, and the start value for that cell should be the "min" value you found via AEMPro.
  • The end cell should be 255, and the end value for that cell should be the "max" value you found via AEMPro.
  • Then click fill table.

Done.

Effectively you're recalibrating the gauge so that the first value it reads is the lowest value ("min" value) the EMS will send, and the last value/cell for the gauge will be the largest value the EMS will send ("max" value), and the fill button calculates everything in between for you.

As long as your EMS is already set to PSI, this should work.

I will try and help if you have any problems, but its been awhile since I've done this.
