Getting my AEM EMS Soon.
Ok guys, so, im pretty sure ill be taking my car down to Church Automotive to have it tuned, and i just had a few questions. I bought 750cc injectors, and the AEM Fuel Pressure Regulator. My question is, when do i install all of those things?? Like, do i put the aem ems on when i get to the tune shop? how about the injectors or the AEM FPR?? I mean, i was thinking just load the base map on there then drive it down doing 25 mph the whole way haha?? Lemme know what you guys did, it would really help me out. Thanks!
Oh, last question, how much engine oil are you guys putting in with a comptech supercharged ap1?? just curious.

I strive to have all the mechanical work and preparations done when coming to the dyno. Usually borrow a separate wideband sensor and from a basemap just roughtune the car so its safely driveable in a very mild way.
About the oil, I would fill according to the manual and then refill any extra needed after idling. At least thats what I did for my turbobuilds. (small differences in oil volume)

this is a tough one. you have a few options.
1. install aem and injectors, bring up base map in aem ems, calc for new injectors, tweak to be safe, setup timing blah blah, and drive it to him
2. install aem and injectors, have church send you a conservative base tune, you still have to setup timing reference point and few other things, then drive car to church
3. install aem and injectors, and have car towed to his shop
4. drive car as is to shop, then install aem and injectors, then have him tune
hope that helps.

Hmmm, good answers guys, camuman has the ideas that i had planned on doing, whereas siadam has the ideas no one thinks about (or at least doesnt hope happens that they cant drive their car after the dyno) but siadam's answer was nonetheless a good idea. How much did it cost you do have it towed for 2hrs?? Hmmmm....i am a member of triple A, i wonder if they do it for free or even discounted....can anyone chime in on that?? But today i spoke with Shawn or Sean from Church Automotive(not quite sure how his name is spelt) told me he would just hook me up with a decent map that has 750cc injectors already on it that i could use to just get down there. But as it comes closer (or if i find out that it would be free to get towed down there) ill just decide then. Thanks for the replys guys, i really appreciate it : )
