My friend who is a toyota guy, and owns a very nice supra. He never really delt with Hondas, but i've asked him to help me out with building the internals for my motor to get it ready for a custom turbo kit we will build. It will probably be around 300-400 whp. As for psi im not sure how much we will run but probably around 10-14. Not sure of what turbo we're going with yet. I would like you guys to help me out with choosing some parts for internals.
retainers
springs
rods
pistons if im going to lower compression
etc etc.
thanks and i hope to keep you guys updated once we start working on the car

Unless you have money burning a hole in your pocket, you can easily get 300-400rwhp on stock internals.
You'll want to drop your compression on anything above 10psi by using a thicker headgasket or pistons.

i will probably go with 2 mm headgasket. I just want to make the motor stronger while im at it. Plus he can get me great deals on what i would need and since we are doing this ourselves(he works on it and im the helper monkey
) no labor charges. This is why i need to a list of parts so i can research further to see which will be the most compatible with my set up.

Supertech valves, valve springs, retainers if you are building the head. 2mm/3mm head gasket if you want to do it the cost effective way. CP pistons and pauter rods for sure.
You cannot use OEM sleeves with most aftermarket pistons. I have my AEBs Sleeved block for sale which is at an 89mm bore and already honed. Sleev install was done by Z10 engineering and the bore/hone was done by benson sleeves.
