a buddie of mine has this kit, not installed.. and is going to the navy, he is going to give it to me (owes me some money)

can someone chime in on what i can do to make this kit a little better

things on order

injectors
ems
fuel pump

... im thinking of getting a better bov and changing the waste gate(7psi)

from what ive read the turbonetics t3t4 .63 turbo charger is pretty damn good

The Type RS BOV is pretty popular. It should work fine. I've got a Synapse Synchronic BOV and it works perfect, but if it comes with a Greddy Type RS I would just use that. Secondly, I would just get a boost controller (the AEM tru boost works well and is integrated into a digital boost gauge) instead of fiddling with the wastegate spring. That way you can go as high as you want. Also, definately want a wideband A/F gauge. You will probably need a 3mm headgasket to get the kits full performance (which they claim is 375+) and turn the boost up to 18 psi or so. Your exhaust set up should work fine. What size injectors did you get? I would step up a size to 660-675cc if you are shooting for upper 300s

And fine a great tuner, because that is what it is all about.

Good luck, it looks like a nice kit!

Looks like you will still need a couple grand in parts and labor. EMS, Injectors, tune, plugs and gauges. Good luck it should turn out well!

I read up on theturbo, looks like some people are very happy with it.

I also read about the gasket to change compression, how important is that.. i want to be at 400rwhp.. do u think its nessesary to change the headgasket at that hp?
