Default Got my CTSC tuned! ...

After driving around with my newly installed CTSC with AC for about 1200 miles, I finally got it tuned. Im glad I did. My car was running VERY lean and the tuner said the Comptech FMU was turned down all the way. The difference after tuning was night and day! HOLY SHIT!
Only mods(besides the SC ) are a testpipe and VAFC2.
Tuning was done by Church Automotive

My dyno(297hp/183tq):

Boosting 5.56

how many pounds? still seems low considering AP2's have dynoed 246 stock there. My stock vortech did 348.5 with just TP and Exhaust

This comptech kit seems about right to me. You may need a bigger exhaust though.

what did you end up tuning with? did you make most of your adjustments to the FMU or did you have to tune in a lot of fuel with the VAFC? i will be dyno-ing monday but i do not have a VAFC to tune with. i am hoping i can just tune in whatever fuel i need off the FMU and leave it be.

teloshedge, Tuning was done with VAFC2 and adjusting the FMU. I wasnt gonna get a VAFC2 but ended up getting a great deal on one so I thought it would be better than nothing.

nightcrawler, Next mods I would like to do are AEM EMS and bigger injectors. Would a BOV be a waste? I really wanna slap a godzilla bov or synapse bov on it!

I dont care about being the fastest car in the world or bragging about hp numbers. My point is that tuning helped a lot. I know a lot of people just get a SC kit and leave it as is.

You should have run the car up to 9300 rpms instead of stopping at 8800. That would have given you a few more ponies.
