S2000 Forced Induction S2000 Turbocharging and S2000 supercharging, for that extra kick.

Got my dyno sheet scanned.

So I was driving around tonight. And the car doesn't feel all that great. Feels like everytime I step on the gas, it was almost "fighting" something....

Before I went and dyno'd the car felt great. I never went over 5000, but under that it felt awesome.

Now it feel sbad and seems to hav ejust started today.....

Any idea on what I shoudl check?

Has anybody else had ot turno the FPR 3 full turns?

It's entirely possible that whoever did the install did a bad job with the ESM wiring. It sounds like the ECU is seeing boost. Since you never did the work, I don't suppose you know how it was done?

I've been reading about soldering the esm connections.

I went under there and checked one of them. it was solderred. So I didn't really check the other 3 connections....

I'll check that tommorow.

it's funny though. My car was running greaet befor eI cranked the fpr 3 times.... I'm starting to think that is my culprit. That or my car is seeing boost as you said. and making it necessary to crank it 3 times.

Tommorow I'll get my installer to re solder all 4 connection, and make sure the red wrire is onyl seeing 5v opposed to 12v. Then go from there.

Also I'll check the AC to make sure the pump is going, however i doubt that is my problem.

Hold on! YOU cranked it up, on your own? When the car was NOT on the dyno? Why would you do that?
The ECU seeing boost should have no relationship to whether or not you felt you needed to crank up the FPR.
Even if you AC is not hooked up properly, this would not make the car run as you describe.
Take it back to whoever did the install and get them to figure it out. You're going about it all wrong.

I've been reading this thread and the whole time..

WTF are you doing cranking the FPR 3 full turns???!!! WITHOUT a tune?

Dude... you seriously need to get your car to a dyno and get the FPR back in check.

JMHO.

Hold on.

I DIDN'T TOUCH THE FPR.

I drove it around for 4 days not going over 5000. It drove awesome and even felt like it had more TQ even though I never went into vtec.

THEN I WENT TO A DYNO.

On teh dyno, the operator read that it was VERY lean . so HE cranked the fpr 1 turn.

STILL LEAN

so he cranked it 2full turns more (3 total)

And that's where it stays now.

I even said made oen more turn is needed. But then he told me that he didnt' want it to be any more rich before vtec.

So I left the dyno and drove it home. That's first drive I was stuck in traffic and it bogged a bit while I was in 2nd gear at about 2500rpm....

Well since your tuner cranked up the fuel pressure you can clearly tell by your a/f that it's pretty rich below 6200rpms. It looks like it dips below 11.0 at one point. I bet this is the bogging you feel. You can't expect much tuning via the fpr. It will run ok at WOT post VTEC but will be rich below it. The only way to fine tune your fuel is through the injectors and you'll need either a VAFC at the least or a standalone.
