Default Greddy Ap2 kit on Ap1?

Thinking about buying a Greddy kit from a member here on s2ki.
Just wondering if the kit will bolt on to AP1, comes with AEM ecu...
Just curious though....would the emanage that comes with the ap2 kit also work on ap1?
Is it a matter of just getting the car tuned?
Just want to ask before making the mistake.
Thanks

Jim

yes you can use the emanage from the ap2 kit on the ap1. The only differences are the basemaps and pnp harnesses ...and maybe a couple jumpers, i can't remember. But the basemap is fixed with a tune or get the ap1 basemap loaded on. the pnp harness is a super easy fix, check out the ultimate greddy tk thread.

Ya iave checked out that thread, all i really needed to know is if it would work in a "worse case scenario".(like if i bought an AP2 kit and stuck it on my AP1).
The member i would be buying from has the AEM ecu and i know that would work, my only real concern was if the kit its self is the same and would bolt up to an AP1.
