BRP is a roots style blower, basically it spools earlier than the CT or VT SC systems. I am considering the Greddy as well, so we'll see how that goes.

This thread will help you for info on the BRP:

You seem to track your car quite often - If it's reliable (tested) power you want I'd suggest going for a centrifugal type sc kit such as the Comptech or Vortech kits. Of course a turbo or roots type blower will give you more low-end torque, but you'll be spending most of your time in the upper end of the rev range on track anyways.

from previous research and wanting to do the same. i would go with a turbo over the supercharger for track use. especially if your gonna tune it, turbo dyno graph is just soo much better than a supercharger line.

if your ever in milpitas, drop by the shop and i can work something out with you with that greddy kit. i also have a used revhard kit if you want to spend less money. just add aem ems and some injectors and your good to go

This is just my opinion, but, I would never do a turbo again if I were to track my car. I had a turbo and loved every thing about it except having to worry when I drove it hard.

Turbos are huge investment with time and money(I mean huge!! What ever you think you will spend, multiply that by 2, maybe 3). Cbender had the best write ups on all his troubles that he came across trying to get his car setup right.

If you dont track, do it, you will love it. If you do track your car, well, good luck. If I didnt track my car I would go turbo again in a sec!

That being said, there are many other kits out there that I would look at first before buying the greddy kit. For the price I have been looking at the P-fab kits or inlinepro. If greddy gets carb, I would get their kit living in CA.
