Greddy emanage with lower compression?

I have the greddy emanage blue and am just curious as to if it will work if I swap over to a 3mm HG on my turbo setup? Thanks in advance? Is anyone out there running this setup?

i have emanage and because i will go 14psi, everyone suggested me the 3mm headgasket.
so i hope and believe that it will work fine.
you have to tune it of course

I didn't know if it would be able to control the ECU's parameters with a lower compression. I know that it is restricted to a smaller fuel injector size.
