Default Greddy kit?

Anyone else have this problem? The inside of my hood is rubbing on the intake piping and has left a dime sized mark. It's the pipe closest to the throttle body.

your piping isnt installed correctly. Loosen the couplers where that pipe connects to the one that goes below it and see if you can push it down.

If that doesnt work you may have to pull the bumper to check things out and possibly trim the underplastic more or something like that...

I had same problem btw. Never found the pipe I needed to adjust, it just seemed like something I was going to have to live with.

i agree w/ trbokev, there is PLENTY of adjustment.

you could have the pipe the wrong way (it's not perfectly symmetrical) and/or like trbokev said, loosen the hose clamps and push the piping down to make more clearance, then retighten the clamps.

I' didn't have that problem either. It looks like all the AP2 guys didn't have a problem. Just the AP1 guys. I wonder if that is just a coindidence? It very well could be that you didn't trim the plastic motor shroud enough and the pipe coming from the intercooler is pushed up, therefore pushing up on the TB pipe. I would check that.
