are you using the walbro 255 pump that came w/ the kit or stock fuel pump?

so is 240-250 at the wheels a more realistic # for the stock s2k with the stock greddy turbo kit w/o tuning and keeping CARB (smog legal)??? if you want 280+ then you must modify your exhaust/boost/etc to get it there thus not being smog legal anymore? I just want to confirm...

So that means i cant change the settings from 550's to 650's if i install the kit using 650's instead of the 550's that came with the kit?
When you take your car to a tuner, have the tuner contact greddy for an unlocked basemap.

The Emanage is password protected due to CARB and the fact that Greddy doesn't want to make it easier for people to blow up their motors by trying to tune their own car (trust me, A LOT of people try to tune their own car, that know nothing about tuning). This is why all of the pretuned greddy kits come w/ locked emanages.

gotcha........the question i have now is.......can i stick in 650's instead of 550's and run the car jst long enough to get it to the shop to tune? i planned on putting a 3 mm HG and then putting the turbo kit on using 650's instead of 550's and taking it to get it tuned immediately.
Will i be safe?

When I posted my first post-tuning dyno nearly everyone was critical of my "dip". In fact my curve looked just like yours. My car was never baselined on this dyno, but stock MY2000 AP1s get about 170 - 185 on this particular dyno.
You can tune that out without changing any hardware. This was with a high flow cat and a 2.5" dual exhaust, so its more restrictive than your setup but better than stock.
This next dyno is from the second tuning day, but I had to put on big heavy snow tires a few days after the above dyno so my numbers are lower but the dip has vanished. This is about 8.5 psi and its achieved with a greddy profec e-01 boost controller. The car just has awesome daily driver characteristics because of all the area under the curve before vtec. In April or May I will be adding a new high flow cat at a minimum in addition to new lighter tires and wheels and will get another few hours of tuning with this as a starting point. I'm shooting for 9.5 psi this time.

hehe, parkerdw after I got my car back after the first tune session i was really worried about the dip right after vtec engages, after seeing your dyno I was a little relieved considering how similar our graphs are. The greddy kit power Gaines are very linear almost NA like.
Btw parkerdw what kind of exhaust system are you running during the second tune? Please specify diameter of your set up post down pipe (only if you want to)
Thanks in advance

You are going to want to get ride of some flow restriction....starting at the exhaust system.
