greddy turbo emanage ultimate mappings
hey everyone! i am learning about tuning slowly but so far i only have my own tune to look at and learn from. i am seeing lots of untouched things in my mappings and i want to compare with somebody else's.
i have no intentions of loading anybody's mappings into my car's unit - i simply just want to have a look and compare.
can anybody hook me up, or at least point me in the direction of a good emanage ultimate forum? i really can't seem to find so much information on tuning basics.
thanks!

You want to tune the car yourself? Thats pretty risky.

I'm sure others will chime in with a map they can send you.

no, i'm not planning on tuning anything myself. i just want to learn as much as possible about the software and the mappings so i will have a clue when i go and get retuned. it seems the tune that was already done has lots of holes in it and i just want to have a couple of mappings to compare to.

its not that awful really. my car runs really well but it just didnt make as much power as i was hoping for (254whp on a dyno dynamics @ 7psi).
i glanced at the mapping and saw lots of 0.0's - untouched settings. the vtec mapping appears to be completely OFF but i dont know how EMU handles that..
i just want somethign that i can compare to before i go back to the dyno.

untouched cels doesn't mean that something is wrong, or your map is off. Just means that there was no need to change the value from stock. Only way to find out if the values needed to be changed, would be to get your car to a tuner.
the vtec map shows off because the harness isn't wired to change vtec (ie. stock vtec wiring and settings are used).

what pulley? ....
i actually baselined @ 227. it wasn't until after the tune that i picked up the 30 extra whp and made 254. this is at stock boost mind you, 7 psi with a slight drop to 6ish by redline. i have the notorious dip at vtec and then the power slowly comes back. all WOT runs are tuned to a steady 11.5 AFR and after the tune they seem to be sticking there. i am still on stock plugs but i have made a few changes to my setup for the next tuning session - namely supra PCV valves and more boost. we'll see what happens i suppose, but honestly i was expecting to put down about 270whp on stock boost. as you can see, i'm way off!
by the way, i know the motor baselines well because i made 290whp on a non aftercooled CTSC, so i can guesstimate the car would make ~190 or so N/A. i dont know whats up with this setup.
