Thanks for clarifying, once my car is back I'll give it a try. They stole my OZ 18 inch alloy wheels and my Brembo brakes while the car was at my tuner.

This is just another major setback :-(

are you holding the tuner responsible??? I mean the car wasn't in your possession after all. A big IFFY there.

 

 

Yep he should have insurance for things like that.

 

 

The guy is not insured, he is only insured for the things in his garage, not outside and he left my car outside on his enclosed surroundings. Now he's making trouble because he has to pay all by himself.

Will see after I talk again to him tomorrow.

He's paying it, no sueing necessary. Probably bite his ass himself.
