Default GT3071r or GT3076r

Which should I get, gt3071r or gt3076r? I'm running a log manifold, would prefer to make 350-400hp quicker the spool the better and continue to make power through the rev band.

Thanks!

I would definitely go for a GTX3071R Series 2 with 0.63ar or 83ar. That would be fun times on that manifold on e85.

i would ditch the crappy log manifold and run the new gen 2 garrett gtx3071r. It should spool fast and they are rated at 650hp

I probably will go with the gt3071, I'm trying to swap my t518z with one of the old t25 flanged garret turbos.

Thanks!
Or a Garrett G, math on a K24 in my car shows 18psi at 2500 rpm from the G. Spools like a 28 but makes 3076 power.

The new Garrett g series turbos seem like the best new thing on the market. Over 600hp on such a time turbo would be amazing. It makes it pointless to fun a gtx30size turbo. But I have not seen any real work results from this new Garrett g series turbo yet. Do you have a link showing real work results? I’m been thing of replacing my gen 1 gtx3076r with the new g series g25-660 in my s2000.

I'll hopefully have some soon. Have the Turbo and the motor, just waiting on the other bits.
