A Race Gas tune... We did NOT expect to make this much power on this turbo. This # was dyno'd at 30lbs of boost and it wasn't even fully tuned, the tuner claimed he could have pulled some timing and made some more power.

at 25lbs of boost we made 626whp :-)
sick!!! those numbers are absolutely incredible. 30lbs of boost is a lot, but you have a built motor right? Need incar video doing long highway pulls ( well not long with 600+ haha).

as u push the efficiency of the turbo/system beyond its happy place, you gain less power per pound of boost. i think its the law of deminished returns or some crap like that.

Wow... that's impressive power! I'm really surprised the turbo did that much. Heck, it's only rated at 600 CRANK hp!

Yeah, the 27hp gain for 5 psi of boost is just because the turbo is at the absolute max that it can do.

What size turbine housing? Divided?

Ya...the turbo was running out of SPOOF. we only made 30lbs of boost for about 2k rpms then is slowly dropped down. We were also running out of fuel hahah. Walbro MAXED OUT!!

.82 housing, its the one you get with the GT35R kit from Full-Race

Chris, let me know if you want a 3" resonated testpipe. It will kill a few dB for you.

REALLY nice numbers, for those of you that might have missed it, this is close to 780WHP on a Dynapack 4000...DAYUMM is all I can say. Nice job on the build Mike@Autowave
