The greddy kits come with Mitsu turbos, which have a different flange than garretts. You will need a new manifold as well as all the other stuff you mentioned.

Sell your whole kit, go Inline Pro log kit with 35r, or keep a eye on the classifieds and find what you want for a good price. Trust all of us when we say it won't be worth the effort or money. Oh and get out of the Emanage to go AEM or Kpro while your at it.

from what i understand, even the intercooler piping is too restrictive and would need to be replaced...

Why not look into the GT3076 upgrade, or as others said sell the kit and buy a used IP kit.

The best option unless you need to keep it internal WG is get a new manifold DP and the turbo of your choice and mate it up to the rest of the greddy kit. If you want mid to high 300's. Other than that just replace the kit if you want more HP and get a mase inline pro or what ever kit you like.

Sell the Greddy and go with a new kit, anything else will just leave you wishing you had, or in the end it will cost you almost as much

Yeah, listen to these guys... I had a Greddy kit.. I upgraded to an IP log mani and downpipe, new turbo, and a Turbosmart 38mm WG. As far as the IC piping, I bought a godspeed IC piping kit from ebay for 130 shipped. I kept the Greddy intercooler and piping to the TB, but used the Godspeed for the turbo to intercooler. Made my engine bay alot cleaner. Oh and you will most likely want to upgrade your oil filter relocation kit too. I ended up going with an Ultimate Racing kit. I am still rocking the E-manage Ultimate and RC 550's. The 550's are pretty much maxed out at 345rwhp. The only problem with the E-manage is finding a tuner that will take the time to learn it. Most wont even touch it because its a piggy back.
