Gtx3582 gen 2
Any owner have the Garrett GTX3582 Gen 2 in stock motor
And if any can post a Dyno graph on stock motor
I need to check spool rpm please
Please help with my setup
The car is for daily use and only drag race
I have no problem with lag
I just need power between the sifts
But I don't know if the stock motor can turn this turbo
Mods on the car
Hand Craft side manifold
Férrea fully build head
On pump gas she'll v power racing 100 Ron
Fully overhauling the motor but I will keep you stock new springs and bearings
So GTX3076gen2 vs 6262gen2 BB vs GTX 3582
Wich turbo will the best for drag race
I don't care about lag on street
just have top end power drag race setup
If I use meth will spool rpm be better ???

I mean, stating what power level youre going for would be a key factor... precision has shit quality but they make the most power. When I was on a 6062bb, I didnt have an issue of falling out of boost. That turbo lasted less than a year and smoked like hell from brand new.
Ill be going to a 3582r next as well. Its similar to the 6262 but from what ive seen/heard, it spools a bit faster

GTX3582R. You want peak efficiency at your HP target to minimize back pressure and strain on the engine. Figure 600whp is like 70lbs/min airflow is still like 70% compressor efficiency. The 3076 is just a bad combo, the 3576 will make 50whp more with the same spool due to better turbine efficiency with the better compressor/turbine size combo resulting in a better blade speed ratio.

With a 550whp goal I would go with a Garrett gen 2 gtx3071r. Im making 588whp on a gen 1 Garrett grx3076r. The gen 2 gtx3071r is rated for more Hp than my turbo and will spool faster.

Spool response in low rpm is the worst enemy for VTEC engines
In a fully build engine yes is a good choice
Also a low spool turbo not have top end power
I need too power for drag race

You said you don't care about street use and seem to hate having boost before VTEC kicks in. IMO, that rules out the GTX30xx turbos. Since you only care about VTEC power band, look to something with a giant, free-flowing exhaust. It will completely suck to drive on the street, but will make a bit more horsepower than a GTX30xx. Look at the GTX3582R or GTX3584RS.
