for the greddy kit keep it stock (head gasket and head studs) these motors can handle about 14-15 psi before they need headstuds. stay away from thicker headgaskets. They have a very high failure rate and usually only last about 10k miles at best. look through the forced induction sub-forum there are several threads about the greddy kit.
if you plan on running the aem ems I would recommend getting the inline pro stage 1- its a little more but well worth it.

you need to keep a stock hg, no where in the greddy manual does it state to install a HG.

keep the OEM HG and bolts. i have an inline pro stage 1 kit and got all these supporting upgrades: walbro 255 fuel pump, ID 1000cc injectors, clutch master fx300 clutch, new spark plugs, AEM EMS 1052 V1 and a cusco catch can.

If you want to to keep the OEM clutch a while longer keep the boost down around the 8-9psi mark so torque stays well under 200 ft/lbs. That will also keep the 550cc injectors that come with the GReddy kit low in duty cycle. Your driving style will really determine if anything else needs beefing up, but the GReddy should not tax the motor and its stock components too much. This will last 6 months, then you'll be like the rest of us drilling out your cat, tossing the OEM exhaust, upsizing injectors, replacing the clutch, and boosting that little GReddy to 11psi looking for 300 whp and 220 torque. Start putting cash into your savings account now.
