Default How much can I realistically modify the Greddy kit

I was thinking of purchasing the greddy turbo kit and upgrading the turbo but I was curious as to how realistic this is and how much power it would be capable of.
Basically I am assuming I need the following:
GT30R76
bigger injectors
3mm inline pro head gasket
new tune
3 bar map sensor
(bov ??)
(bigger diameter downpipe ?)

My goal would be around 450 whp or more depending on the exhaust system. Any opinions?

BTW, I would be purchasing the greddy kit because of the fact that it is legal in CA in case I keep in untouched. I am not 100% sure I would modify it which is why I wont be going with Inlinepro.

doubtful you would hit 450whp without changing almost everything on the kit! Its not worth doing if the only reason your buying it is because its legal!

3mm inline pro head gasket... you will just have to boost more to make more power your better off with a 2mm

well to be honest, i was HARDCORE greddy......seriously.....i looked and thought and figured i could get 650's, go with a 3mm hg, crank up the boost........but came to a realization, that its not gonna be able to support.....

The thing is, what you just listed, you either have the greddy, or another turbo kit, because you just pretty much replaced the greddy kit.

to be able to support SAFELY all the mods at that HP with that kind of boost to hit those 450whp numbers, the Emanage is a NO GO. so you would have to save up just to get the Hondata if you wanna pass emmissions.

if you want to jsut slap on, have a 280, 300 whp kit and legal. stick with greddy.....its perfect for you........after that, unless you do meth and stuff, your gonna swap everything for another kit.

I'm guessing with full bolt ons and a retune, you'll get around 350whp or so.

its possible i feel.........but you ahve to crank that boost......

a buddy is running around 340 to all four wheels in his WRX but thats like at 20/21 PSI.......you would need the HG, and at least 650's BUT you need the management, im pretty sure the emanage isnt THAT capable.

emanage can only run injectors 150% over stock! You could possibly install a 2nd fuel rail and run a setup that way though!
