Talking Head work

I'm planning to send my head out to get it port/polish and my question is should I go over size on the valves? Is 0.5 over intake and 1.0 over exhaust sound about right? would those size have enough clearance with the stock bottom end? also would oversize valves give any benefit on the stock bottom end?? and how would the head work & over size valves affect the boost (Vortech SC)

NEW QUESTION :

OK I'm running a 9lbs pulley right now would I see more Boost by getting some head work done?

Another question is would the oversize valves .5 intake/1.0 exhaust give any benefit on the stock bottom end

dont oversize anything. Its a waste of money. If you put bigger bore pistons than there is a meaningful thing to go oversize..
I researched that theme 2 years ago and i have come to the conclusion that its not worth it...and if anybody have seen the Omnimans B16 video will know why not to oversize a stock bottom end honda.
i dont want to flame the guys that did it, but sometimes bigger isnt more.
Honda did many things right from the factory with this motor and car,so
keep your money and dont oversize anything.Invest somewhere else.
biggest benefit is the exhaust porting. intake is good
There is only one solution..More boost.

I do agree sometimes bigger isnt more. I just wondering that's all, if over size valves don't really work great on stock bottom end then I will stay with stock size valves.
