Great intel guys, I have researched head work options for the last 8 mths and was highly impressed with some of the results posted here during that time. So impressed that I actually sent my head to Alaniz yesterday. There is plenty of proof in the pudding that headwork(done properly)creates significant gains.

We are sending our head to Alaniz and we will run the supertech 0.5mm over on Intake and 1.0mm over on exhaust.

I personally would not send my stuff back out to Alaniz. My head came back missing parts for 3-4weeks with no return phone calls. Maybe things have changed but for headwork, everything going to larry at endyn now. I too am running a .5mm oversized intake valve and 1mm exhuast valve. ERL 89mm sleeved short block with 9:0:1 Wiseco's and Pauter rods. The chambers have been reworked to work with my 89mm pistons. After I CC the head and rework some numbers, overall compression should be around 8.8 or so using a .040 gasket. I think with the proper tune and fuel I will hit close to 500whp on my GT3076R- .82AR tial turbine, 4" inlet 2.5" outlet on the compressor mounted to a GT2 Manifold from Lovefab. I think last time I checked the CC were around 55.5cc

Dyno's plz....

The statement "I'm making X more horsepower than I should be" is statistically worthless. I'm not saying it isn't true, but a solid pair of dyno graphs (before, after) would go a long way in quelling my skepticism.

Nice graph.... is the extra power worth the two thousand odd dollar cylinder head job, though? Also, is the OP running a base vortech or 13psi? What are you comparing in those two plots, specifically?
