S2000 Forced Induction S2000 Turbocharging and S2000 supercharging, for that extra kick.

Which header are you using with your highboost sc?

I've made my own out of 316 stainless steel which has pipe size of 2"-60mm-3" then connecting to a custom 3" system that splits to two 2.5" with custom rear boxes which are twin loop. Pretty quiet and very low drone.

Before I bead blasted it and was when i was NA and the final pipe was 2.5", when I went boosted I cut it off and made it into a 3" pipe

Impressive mufflers!

I did a back to back dyno run with stock to js racing header. I have the dyno sheet posted in my gallery. I picked up 12-15 whp and trq! Can someone post it here for me? Im on my phone and its difficult to do all of that.

If it still isn't enough, get a Novi 1200.
Sorry I should of specified...but the 1200 is the blower I ordered, CT said the pullies they are supplying me...I will be at 12-13psi...that's the most boost I'll ever run because I can not run E85 due to my location. I understand what you're saying though, I keep telling myself I'm overthinking it, but I'm currently stuck with the crummy DC header that came on the car when I purchased it, so I'd like to get that piece off the car and make a few hp while I'm at it.

Yeah you can find oem headers for $50-100 at most and will probably pick up a few hp over the crappy DC header.

A good friend of mine is in the process of turboing his S so he's letting me use his Oem header for a while. I'll most certainly pick up a J's/Toda/T1R etc in the future and do a dyno comparison. Thank you all for the input.

Don't do a t1r header...the Burk header makes more power. Its been proven on a high boost SC'ed setup.

I am running a Js wrapped header, and Js TP, with a Challenge catback. I have a SOS highboost kit. I had my car tuned by Doug at TopSpeeed yesterday and made 445whp at 13.5psi. They said it was the most powerfull SC S2k they have ever dynoed. The selection of quality parts helped me get there. IE: Wrapped Js header.
