You can do a NACA duct like I did to feed cold air
And use a diverter tray to keep hot air from the radiator from getting sucked into the turbo
The air coming off the radiator is pretty hot (no duh). In just highway cruising, these are the measurements I got:
Project S2000: Part 23. Testing Air Temps Through Coolers and Vents
Sucking hot air into the turbo is bad for response, spool, and power:
Compressor Efficiency and More
