Aren't you supposed to install the supplementary comptech pulley after the crankshaft pulley?

mine fit with ease, i'd say maybe 1/4"-1/2" extra space between the installed supercharger attachment to the modified crank pulley and the steering rack. of course they are installed separately (for clearance issues) but if it doesn't fit doing it separately then i don't know what to tell you...

the width has to stay fixed for the 6-rib oem belt, i'd think they just tapped it for the six bolts...

I have a vague recollection of this coming up when I did mine but it's been like 3 years.... Is the new drilled crank pulley fully seated? It should almost touch the block. There really should be enough room. I looked through all my old picts and these are not that helpful other than to show that it does fit. There's enough room to put two tools to get the stock pulley off and a socket to tighten the new one.

^^^ that's my guess. Make sure the stock pulley is facing the right side too, once seated all the way (use the bolt and tighten, then remove bolt) then put CT pulley facing proper side.
