Help me identify missing parts for my build and general help required
Hi guys,
I’ve finally got my hands on the S/C kit for my S2. After looking at the instructions there seems to be some bits missing though as the box was damaged in transit.
I’ll jump straight into it;

Does anyone know what the numbered / circled are?
I’ve only got one braided hose that’s 15” but it doesn’t seem to have the blue connectors on;

– I believe this is an -8 AN fitting? I can see one of the blue connectors is on the S/C;

But it looks to be missing the 90 degree bent that connects the hose to the sump plug connector, can anyone point me to something similar online?
Also does anyone know what that longer braided hose is for as I haven’t got that at all.
I’m fairly certain I don’t have the bracket for the RRFPR either – is that in the picture? Is this something that can be fabricated?
There are also some missing bolts – I ordered some based on the parts list sheet but the thread pitch is wrong (i.e the ones circled on the S/C) does anyone know the full spec of the bolts? I.e 10x55x ??
Also guys my S/C came with a 3” SOS pulley, I bought a 4.25” one on here but for some reason the pulley will only go on one way (the wrong way) it just simply would go on the right way – is there a knack to this? I don’t want to start forcing anything and the pulley its self looks fine. I’ve also taken out the metal spline from the shaft and it still won’t slide on. My pulley has 2 spline inserts but there’s only one on the spline shaft, is it ok to run with just 1? The SOS pulley only has 1 spline insert.
Any help greatly appreciated and please let me know if you require any more details or pictures!
Thanks

The long line is the oil feed line. It also looks like someone tool the drain fitting apart incorrectly as the "blue" fitting is still on the blower. I would google how AN fittings work so you understand what you're dealing with.
I see no reason why you couldn't fab up something for the bracket. I've also attached the only copy of the instructions that I have. I also hope you have all the metal/rubber mount bushings that you need, as they're $25 each from comptech and I think you need ~10 of them. If you call CT engineering they're pretty good at getting you any missing parts, though they are difficult to get a hold of at times.
I've also attached the only copy of instructions that I have that also lists some bolt sizes in the steps.

Thanks for the reply!
Hmm, I thought the feed line was in Step #9 of those instructions you have posted?
I thought the -8 AN fitting that is still on the blower is the drain to the sump? I can't see another -8 AN fitting on the blower?
It looks as though my local hose guy will do a braided hose with the -8AN fittings for a decent price so i could be in luck.
Are you talking about the bushings that go into the blower mounting plate? Somehow I managed to recieve them all! There's 8 in total.
Cheers!

The hose you have there is the oil drain line that goes to the pan. And yep, those are the bushings. You're lucky you have them all as the cost definitely adds up (I needed to purchase a few).
The extra lines is probably the fuel line that goes to the fuel pressure regulator. The 06+ kits don't come with the FPR so lleron obviously wouldn't have it. I've seen people mount the fuel pressure regulator other places. That won't be hard
The #1 you posted is the large vacuum line that connects the Bosch recirculated valve back into the intake elbow.

So it looks like there's a tiny oil line that goes from the VTEC block to the blower.. I assume that's a feed.
The one I have is 15" in lenght and is -8AN both sides, one to the blower and I assume the other to the sump plug adaptor.
I have quite a fuel fuel lines but they look smaller than -8AN so will check them out.
I imagine that VAC line then can be purchased from any hardware shop. Does anyone know the thread pitch for the bolts? I ordered some from a bolts place and the pitch is all wrong (i'm in New Zealand).

The bolts are all metric, some are fine pitch and some are not (to make it even more confusing). I was able to reuse some bolts (such as the alternator bolt) in other spots on the kit for a few of the bolts I was missing.

Thanks I guess I'll take them in to a bolt place to see if they can match it.
On the spec sheet there is a -8AN to 14mm adaptor for the oil drain, I didn't have the 90 degree bend so I ordered a -8an bend and it's too small for the adaptor, does anyone know what I've done wrong there?

Guys,
For some reason the pulley wasn't easily going into the SC shift the right way. It would go in a lot easier the wrong way though.. I figured there must be some damage or something on one end.
Anyway I helped it a long with a bit of light tapping and a plank of wood. So now it's stuck and I can't get it off which is ok for now but how would I get it off later? Also will this cause any problems with the belt if there is no shaft movement on the pulley???

Also does anyone know if this is the correct sump plug adaptor for the drain?
It appears to be -10an on one end, I'm not sure of the thread of the other end though? I seem to be having some grief with the hoses!
